Lifeless Saguoro Cactus

Being a Ontario native, I had never seen these remarkable Cactus'. I saw them on my trip to the Rainbird facility in mid April 2006. Once the Cactus dies it forms a hollow shell of wood. It is punctuated with holes formed by the local bird population. Very Architectural
